Happy Easter

What a busy weekend!  We started our Easter fun with an Easter egg hunt in the city.  A local church actually put it on for the community.  Max and Ella were in the same age category for the hunt.  The grass was completely covered with eggs.  We couldn't take two steps with out stepping on an egg.  The little kids couldn't even finish picking up all the eggs.  Ella was so exctied!  She was picking up all of the pink and purple eggs for her basket.  If any other colored egg was around her she put it in Max's basket.  I don't know where she got this one from.  We are in trouble!  Ella is a girly girl!  Max wasn't into picking up the eggs, he just wanted to sit and play with them.  Mommy and Daddy enjoyed the candy inside too!

Our Easter celebration continued...We went to church on Sunday morning.  Max didn't do so well.  It is hard for him to sit for long periods of time.  Ella has always been great in church.  Even when she was a newborn.  After church, we headed over to WL to see Tyson's family.  Ella and Max got to see their cousins and have another egg hunt.  Ella just loves playing with K.  One of our pinterest projects- we made handprint Easter lilies for all of the Grandmas.  They loved them of course!

The fun didn't end there....the next weekend, we went up to see my side of the family.  Grandma was anxiously awaiting our arrival as usual.  We had Easter dinner on Saturday with Grammy and Grandma and Grandpa F.  B and A were there too.  The kids got Easter baskets and had an egg hunt.  Boy, we are very blessed with such wonderful families.  May God continue to watch over them!
