It is funny to think about birthdays. As a child, you are so excited for your bithday. Counting the days until it arrives. Ella is always asking when is her birthday! Then you get past your 21st birthday and you just don't care about them as much, until....you have kids. Kids make birthdays fun and magical. Ella and Max get so excited over cake and balloons. The little things.
I had a great birthday. My parents actually surprised me on my birthday and came down to take us all to dinner. It was a nice treat. The kids always love a surprise visit. Tyson and the kids really made my whole birthday week amazing. Taking me on a shopping spree, cupcakes, family time and a night out with friends. I couldn't ask for anything more. I am one lucky girl.
